The on-site location service will incur a fee. For an estimated cost of your location please phone 0800 425 622 between 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Underground Service Locators recommends the use of our on-site location service where any excavation work is to take place.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

Charges (current as at 01/10/10)

Loction Services (includes travel to site & 30 minutes on site):
Auckland: $132 + GST
Wellington: $103 + GST
Christchurch: $103 + GST
Other areas*: $103 + GST

*Within 20 km radius from locator base site

VECTOR Power Locates:
$132.00 + GST

Additional Site Time (in excess of 30 minutes):
$25.30 + GST per 15 minutes

Travel/Fuel Charge (outside Metro Area):
$25.30 + GST per 15 minutes

Emergency Locate Callouts (7pm - 7 am weekdays)
$80.00 + GST additional one-off charge
